作为夕米集团（XIMI Group）创始人，Doris Ma 始终秉持“教育改变未来”的理念，以国际化视野和跨界创新思维，持续深耕国际教育、多元文化传媒、高端生活方式、社区零售、艺术空间及公益慈善等多个领域，成功构建了一个兼具商业价值、文化影响力与社会责任的综合性企业生态。
Doris 坚信，优秀的教育不仅应培养专业能力，更应培养具有全球视野、文化包容力与社会责任感的新一代人才。因此，她始终致力于推动教育与产业、艺术与商业、文化与公益之间的深度融合，为学生创造更多与真实世界接轨的发展机会，让学习真正走出课堂、连接社会、面向未来。
在企业发展的同时，Doris 长期积极参与澳大利亚文化艺术及商业领域的发展，持续推动中澳文化交流与国际合作。2025 年，Doris Ma 正式加入新南威尔士州美术馆（Art Gallery of New South Wales）President’s Council（总裁理事会）。该理事会成立于 1995 年，由来自商业、文化及社会各界具有卓越影响力的领袖组成，致力于支持澳大利亚艺术事业的发展，并促进艺术、商业与公众之间更深层次的连接。

XIMI Education was founded by entrepreneur and philanthropist Doris Ma and is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
As the Founder of XIMI Group, Doris has built a diversified enterprise spanning international education, multicultural media, luxury lifestyle, community retail, creative arts, and philanthropy. Guided by a global outlook and an entrepreneurial mindset, she has created an ecosystem that integrates commercial success with cultural influence and long-term social impact.
Doris believes that education should do more than develop academic excellence—it should inspire curiosity, foster creativity, encourage cultural understanding, and prepare the next generation to become responsible global citizens. This philosophy continues to shape XIMI Education’s approach, creating opportunities for students to connect learning with real-world industries, innovation, and international collaboration.
Beyond her business leadership, Doris is an active supporter of Australia’s cultural and creative sectors and is committed to strengthening cultural exchange between Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. In 2025, she was appointed to the President’s Council of the Art Gallery of New South Wales, an influential body established in 1995 that brings together distinguished leaders from business, culture, and philanthropy to support the Gallery’s long-term vision and the advancement of the arts.
Doris is also deeply committed to philanthropy through the XIMI Foundation, supporting initiatives in education, community development, women’s empowerment, and cross-cultural engagement. She believes businesses have an important responsibility to create lasting positive impact beyond commercial success.
